Women in Infrastructure

In ICI, more and more women are having a voice in setting priorities in the design and the operation of the ministry and infrastructure in general. ICI is encouraging more women to join the infrastructure sector as diversity contributes to innovation.

The number of women employed at ICI has dramatically increased over the years from 5 to 17, scattered across the different divisions – corporate, civil works, waste management, and planning and projects.

ICI is proud to employ a diverse number of women at all levels working across the  infrastructure sector. We aim to grow the visibility of women in the traditionally male predominant infrastructure industry.
