Infrastructure Cook Islands (ICI) is working to improve and modernise the building permit application process. As part of this upgrade, applicants are now asked to list the service professionals they intend to engage for their project in their permit application. This is to help applicants with planning their builds and help Building Control monitor builds. Applications will be managed through a smart-based platform.

To support this, ICI is creating lists of service professionals for each applicable industry which will allow for more efficient and automated processes. These are informal lists. There are no regulatory implications involved.  Your contact details will be used to automate form filling for phone numbers and email addresses in the permit application form.

We kindly request individuals and companies in the building, building plan drawing, structural engineers, plumbing, drainlaying and gas-fitting sectors to provide their contact details to ICI by completing the online forms available on this page.
